Lissa E. Brutus is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 10+ years of experience, President of Luxeon Real Estate Services LLC, and President of Luxeon Technologies LLC, an appraisal software and technology company.

Lissa started her career at R. D. Geronimo Ltd., a commercial real estate appraisal firm headquartered on Long Island. Her markets included Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens and varies areas of the New York metropolitan. After New York, she continued working as a fee appraiser in the Greater Philadelphia area until 2020, when she started working as a commercial valuation manager at a regional bank. 

 

In 2022, she began Luxeon Real Estate Services LLC, a commercial real estate appraisal consulting firm, that specializes in teaching market participants how to advocate for themselves, through a more in-depth understanding of appraisals. Through webinars, group and one-on-one sessions, students have the opportunity to not only engage with the instructor, but with each other as well, allowing for peer collaboration.
